It's great!
This is my first time using the product and it was great! My kids stain their clothes all the time so I recently used it on one of them and it got the stain right out! It's also perfect for fabric like wool and silk. I definitely recommend buying!

I bought this to specifcally get ball point pen ink out of my jeans...big false advertising.

The product really didn't remove the stain. A bit disappointing. The scent was nice, but it didn't remove the pen marks on my husband's shorts.

Decent stain remover
This stuff works really well on fresh stains as long as you keep moist or wash immediately. It doesn’t work on dried stains very well at all. As far as that goes though many stain removers don’t do well if they stain dries out. So overall I’m pretty happy with this product!

Very gentle on the clothes as it describes. Love that I got the two pack because it’s small enough to take on trips. This would have been a lifesaver when baseball season was here. Best part honestly is the bottle isn’t a giant sprayer. You can really isolate the stain with this pump. Great product!
