Will then work on motorhome van peugeot

They are on the small side but should work fine. My car has 20" wheels and I use to chock one wheel front and back when jacking up and they work fine.

Got a fairly steep concrete drive, would these hold a car on that surface?

Obviously I can't answer this. I think it will depend on the finish of the concrete surface, the angle of your drive and the weight and size of your vehicle. My drive has a small incline, and I have a medium size car (RWD). I left the blocks under my front wheels and tried to drive off. I realised what I had done due to the whiff of clutch.....the car didn't move.
