Not boxed. Made them feel a bit cheap and yes they were cheap.

The leaping stag is part of my herald, which really works when using it for cards to family. Only recommendation... a matte finish would be nicer and maybe consider embossing the image.

These cards are solid! I love that they are heavy but not too heavy, glossy but not too glossy! The envelopes are plain white but it is all about the quality of the card for me and this is IT!

It's glossy and made a good thick paper. Not cheap looking. But not the most appealing either. Decent card for business use.

Actually, the card stock is very high quality and beautiful, but...I didn't expect them to come unfolded. Each card has to be manually folded to fit into the envelope. I guess that's not a very big deal, just unexpected. I don't know why the seller couldn't have folded them and customers could receive them 'ready-to-use' instead of 'ready-to-fold'. If they had been pre-folded, I'd have given them 5 stars.But I was reading previous reviews and it seems they used to send them out folded and that didn't work well, because one review stated: "Many of the cards are folded so poorly I won't be sending them out. The construction is sturdy, the picture and wording is beautiful, but they obviously had an issue with the machines and had no quality control checks before packaging and sending out."So I guess sending them unfolded was their solution...

I dislike giving negative reviews, but one of the main criteria I use when deciding on a purchase are the ratings provided by other customers. So, I think it's only fair to express an honest opinion regarding the items I buy, in the event it helps someone else. The greeting cards I received after placing this order are disappointing. In the photos provided, the reindeer appears to be red. On the actual card, the color is a dull burgundy (and I realize computer monitors can affect this aspect). I missed the fact that the texture is glossy, as it looks more parchment-like in the image and this was entirely my oversight. The description indicates the cards are printed on heavy stock. At best, this is medium-grade. Overall, the impression these cards give is similar to that of some I saw recently at the local Dollar Store. And, those were priced significantly less. Just not good quality merchandise.
