Good clear printing.
Got 4 of these now, easy to set up with the drivers included in the box.I give them a heavy workload via Ethernet and USB and not had any problems yet.Good quality clear printing.

Till printer: compact, fast and reliable
Does the job fast and reliable. Did not install them myself but good quality build.Have been using them at a restaurant for the last couple of months, so can say they are a good quality printer.

VERY POOR SUPPORT - BEWARE
I received a faulty printer, Amazon refer you to the manufacturer and the service support is worse than useless. I have resorted to scraping the printer at a total loss - VERY DISAPPOINTING

Usage? Easy. Installation? Not so much.
Once setup the printer works flawlessly, and the ability to utilise Python scripts in order to interact with the printer is a major reason as to why I went with this brand over others.I must say that the cost is certainly on the higher side, though given it gets quite some heavy usage in my case I can almost justify this.Installation unfortunately proved to be quite the pain due to the older software they use, along with messing with drivers which didn't always want to cooperate with my system,, however we did get there in the end.
