CUESOUL Classic Handmade 57 Rosewood 3/4 Piece Snooker Cue with Black Cue Case

I recently purchased as a Christmas present to myself the CUESOUL Classic Handmade Professional 57” Rosewood 3/4 Piece Snooker Cue, and I'm really thrilled with my choice. The cue as a really smooth action through the bridgeing hand.The 18oz weight feels just perfect, and the inclusion of an 6 inch Rosewood and 16-24 1/8 inch Aluminium Telescope Extension adds versatility to any game. The cue's length at 57 inches, coupled with the Spliced Ash Wood shaft and brass Ferrule fitting accommodating a 9.5mm Tip, gives it a professional looking touch, at an affordable price. The delivery was speedy as usual, which is always appreciated.The accompanying MDF Structured Two Compartment 3/4 Snooker Cue Case in black is solid and provides just enough space for the addition of chalk and a cue cleaning cloth. The overall aesthetic of the cue and case is impressive, and I'm hopeful that this investment will enhance my snooker game, only time will tell? A quality purchase indeed!UPDATE:- I've recently used my new snooker cue, and I must say, it feels ultra-smooth in the hand and has significantly improved my game. Despite a few pocket rattles, overall, it's an excellent cue, and I'm very happy with it.

I used to play snooker quite a lot and my enthusiasm for the game has been re-ignited by my 19 year old son who sees his ageing dad as the ideal person to match himself up against and therefore we visit a local club 2/3 times a week in order for him to try to beat me. He has better eyesight and and coordination. I have guile, a sense of presence and a knowledge of how to use the cue ball sufficient for him rarely to beat me. Yes he can pot balls, but he has yet to develop the skills of a seasoned player. It is that regard that this cue is ideal for someone like me, returning to snooker after a few years away, but requiring a reasonably priced cue, case and accessories to enable me to compete with anyone at our club.+. The case is well made, lined and covered in synthetic materials and secured by three clasps. We always travel to our club by car and therefore it is great for me to carry short distances and to store in a dry, warm room when we return home. I never leave it at the club as the case lacks a lock point.+. The cue and tip are of reasonable quality with a brass ferrule. I have re-shaped the tip a little bit as a like a slightly narrower tip; it doesn't make me play any better, I just feel more comfortable with it. I expect that the tip should last for a few months at 6-8 frames a week. It certainly holds the chalk well and retains its shape. The cue itself is similarly well made, should keep reasonably straight if stored in the right conditions, moves smoothly through my bridge and most importantly is well balanced. Assembling the cue is easy, just screw the two pieces together via the brass connector; I never used a 2 piece cue before, but for my level and standards it is fine. I do like the build quality and would suggest that it represents very good value at this price-point and is as good as one that I tested costing three times as much.+. The accessories of two cue extensions are really good. In my hey day knocking in 50-70 breaks, how I would have loved to have these rather than extracting the assortment of paraphernalia from the long side of the table. I have used both extensions, particularly the short wooden one and am happy to say they not only fit the base of the cue well, the short extension in particular is really good and does not adversely effect the balance using a normal rest or hand bridge.No longer capable of those 50+ breaks, I am still capable of recording breaks of 20-30, albeit not as regularly as I would hope and therefore, if you are a player like me, who can still give any club player a reasonable game, this cue might be ideal for you. I really like it and I am so pleased to have a nice cue: it does make all the difference.

This cue for the money is quality, very well made... The tip needs to be replaced as its solid, only thing i didnt like is that their is a very obvious colour difference between the 2 peices and this really upset my ocd as it looks like its 2 different cues.. Unfortunately sold it due to this fact.

Well this cue was pretty much perfect.More than can be said for my snooker skills.

Great value for money, great quality at a fair price.

Purchased for as a present for pal I play snooker with. Excellent service arrived in good time and well packaged. Played a few frames now and he is very pleased with this present. Came with all the attachments you would ever need and he has used the short butt extension a couple of times being on the shorter side :). Great cue, well balanced with a nice smooth glide across the bridge hand. Came with case and short extension as well as telescopic extension and as I have said is all the kit you will ever need to play snooker except for the chalk, table and balls!!Case is great quality and more than sufficient for the storage of a cue with a place for everything and everything in its place, Chalk cue and extensions etc.The tip fitted was a little hard for his liking as it was a laminated leather tip and this has now been changed to an Elk type which we both find a little easier to play with at our standard!This cue I believe would suit all standards of player. (we are just club players nothing special but like our snooker)overall a great purchase and he is very pleased with it. 5* for value and quality

Ein Kauf auf "gut Glück", den ich noch nie bereut habe.Ein wirklich hervorragendes Snooker-Set zu einem absolut günstigen Preis.Das Queue ist klassisch 3/4 geteilt. im Set sind zusätzlich eine kurze Verlängerung aus Holz und eine Alu-Teleskop-Verlängerung. Die kurze Verlängerung aus Holz liegt total angenehm in der Hand und ist bei leicht unerreichbaren Bällen echt nützlich.Der Alu-Verlängerung habe ich erst ein wenig misstrauisch gegenüber gestanden - aber die ist wirklich gut.Lediglich das auf- und ab-schrauben der beiden Verlängerungen nervt mich immer ... die haben beide ein ziemlich langes Gewinde. Das gibt zwar guten Halt, ich denke aber, das könnte man auch anders lösen ... aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)Das Queue selbst liegt fantastisch in der Hand.Das liegt auch daran, dass man hier auf eine Lackierung verzichtet hat - das Teil ist nur geölt.Das ist dann zwar nicht so glatt wie mit Lack überzogen, fühlt sich aber viel echter an - eben einfach besser.Ich habe schon viele Spieler gesehen, die sich abgemüht haben, eine Lackschicht sanft abzuschleifen ... da kann man hier dann getrost drauf verzichten.Das Queue, das ich bekommen habe ist übrigens komplett gerade - da gibt es nichts zu meckern.Die Messing-Verbindung kommt mir immer leicht magnetisch vor - stimmt aber nicht - da hat man sich nur einen Trick ausgedacht, der einen Hohlraum beinhaltet und so zu einem kleinen Vakuum führt. Dadurch "ploppt" es dann jedes Mal ein bisschen, wenn man das Queue wieder trennt ... klingt witzig :-)Snooker-Spieler sind bei einem Queue ja seeeehr empfindlich.Und so brauchte auch ich eine ganze Weile um ein wirklich gutes Spielgefühl zu bekommen.Dieses Queue ist nämlich ein wenig schwerer als mein altes. Und obwohl das scheinbar nur ein paar Gramm sind, kommt einem das dann erheblich schwerer vor.Das liegt wohl an den gewohnten und trainierten Abläufen, bei denen man ja eine gewisse Routine entwickelt.Und durch ein verändertes Gewicht wird das doch ziemlich gestört. Da war bei mir einfach alles nicht richtig.Auch nach Tagen noch nicht.Aber da mein altes Teil einfach kaputt war (ok ... war ich selbst dran Schuld..war aber auch ein billiges Teil), musste ich mich dann einfach an das neue Teil gewöhnen - und irgendwann war man dann "zusammengewachsen".Jetzt möchte ich das wirklich nie wieder her geben!Das erste Kleb-Leder hat auch lange gehalten, aber irgendwann hab ich dann doch mal gewechselt - das ist ja immer ein wenig kniffelig - ging aber auch alles gut. Wer das noch nie gemacht hat fragt am besten einen anderen Spieler, oder fragt Youtube ;-)Noch ein Wort zum Koffer:Kunststoff außen (schwarz; chic) - und weicher Stoffbezug mit leichter Polsterung im Inneren (Farbe: schwarz-weiß).Alles passt rein, es gibt aber kein extra "Kreidefach" oder so - ist aber zweckmäßig und gut.Da wackelt nix und die Verschlüsse sind sehr gut.Ich bin mit dem Koffer auch sehr zufrieden.Fazit: ein gutes und günstiges Set - von mir volle 5 Sterne
