Perfect when travelling
Easy to fold, very light however sturdy. What you would expect from the brand.

Looks good
Pushchair looks good all black, just a bit plasticky on the back but perhaps that’s better for wiping down. Good to push very smooth, hood comes down quite a lot to cover baby from the elements. Has got a carry handle for ease of transporting it. Got it for reasonable price as it’s quite expensive elsewhere.

Ok Pram
Ok pram, not massively sturdy but light weight. A bit awkward to carry… like most prams. Good cover was very good which was the main reason I purchased, offered lots of cover, more than other travel prams I’ve seen. Not had too long however and one of the wheels now rattles so have contacted Silvercross who are in the process of sending placement. I also received a card with this product which said 3 year warranty, the web address on the card didn’t work so think it’s an old one but managed to get Silvercross details on Google search.

Buggy has spent more time broken than working
Absolutely awful design. It is uncomfortable for toddlers and the equipment is not sturdy. The foot rest is put on the wrong way round and since I’ve had this it has been broken more often than not. Customer service is inefficient and slow to respond. And despite sending this away for weeks the repairs don’t fix the issue. Total waste of money! I’m going to cut my losses and get a decent one.

Not the same
I bought my son and his partner this silver cross buggy as my granddaughter didn’t like the pram.I’m so disappointed, the wheels aren’t at all substantial and therefore feel like they could give up at any minute on an uneven surface. After only 1 year of use it feels a bit rickety now.I’m afraid Silver Cross are living off past glory.

Difficult to use unless ours is faulty!
We ordered this for our 10 month old for a day trip to London (and future holidays) and I’m glad we didn’t take it straight abroad! It does come with a rain cover which is very handyLittle one fitted great in it and she’s quite small so a definite plus point and it’s very light however for us this is where the positives end.We struggled to get it up and down - it was like the mechanism was slightly jammed to be honest. Then for some reason the brakes kept coming down as we were pushing it which was a nightmare in a busy London street. It made the day very stressful especially when collapsing the pram took 4 peopleUltimately we’ve had to return it as we found it wasn’t as expected and potentially faulty and would expect better from a brand like silver cross
