Didn’t work for me. I used this along with starting up intermediate fasting, eating healthier, and working out 4 hours a week and I have not lost a single pound. I only used it for 1 month so maybe that’s why I didn’t see results, I’m not sure.

I had a hormonal shift late October 2023 of 5 pounds (which doesn’t seem like much unless you’re busty to begin with). I didn't like that the appetite suppression doesn't last through the evening, which is my bad time for snacking.Additionally I have maybe lost 3 pounds in now three months. I am doing one more month with no snacks and see if it makes a difference.

been using it for 2 weeks does help with appetite some , over priced. this will probably be the only bottle I buy. If it was $40 I would continue.
