Could have better grip

I brought this product from Amazon after checking out the differences between this and the Dyson, I so wish I had spent the extra and brought the Dyson, I brought this product in July but did not start to use it until August, after about a month use twice a week, it started to cut out after about 3-4 mins, I rang Amazon a very nice gentleman said that even though I have brought it from them I had to contact Shark directly. I rang Shark and after a lots of attempts I eventually got through this morning, I explained the issue, I asked if I could return the item to them and have a refund as it clearly does not work. The answer was no, I have to send them a video of it cutting out, they will then trouble shoot the issue over phone, so I asked what they could do as it was a sealed unit, it runs then cuts out and does not restart for at least 10 mins, they said they will need to see the item as every one is different, not sure how this could be as it a model and has a number. I asked if I could just return them the item and they refund it, they said they could not help me at all until I send them the Video of it cutting out. I explained I am at work and really could not run the hairdryer at my desk for them to have a video call and then sit there until it comes back on, so they said to call back when I did have time to do this as they are open until 8pm, I tried to explain to the man that this seems pointless, that it cuts out and what when they had seen this would them do as it is sealed unit, they advised they would ask me to show them the Hairdryer, so I said what would this do they said they can trouble shoot and get me to take any actions required, I then explained again but it is sealed what actions could I take as I would try this myself first to save wasting their time, he said he could not tell me this as he has to see the unit to know, I asked what this would prove he said this shows what model it is, I explained that I have the model number so could he tell me the next steps, he said no, not without a video, this is the worst customer service I have ever had, I would never buy this brand again, I have spent a lot of time researching this product and a lot of money, which has been a complete waste. It should be noted that they do not do refunds either, they referred me back to Amazon and said they would not refund as they only replace, the two year warranty is completely worthless. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have no idea why you can not return the item for them to do the checks then replace which I feel will likely be the next step....

Does shrink on washing makes it fiddly and tight to put on machine

Perfect fit for my 6yr old steamer, thank goodness, was finding it hard to get replacement heads, these are ideal..
