I’m picky. I will not sleep on an uncomfortable mattress. I recently bought a Serta-Simmons Beautyrest Silver BRS900 “Plush” King-sized mattress (They are no longer Simmons Beautyrest since they merged or got bought out). It seems since the merger they have completely destroyed the Beautyrest brand. I slept on Beautyrest mattresses for years that were very comfortable for the price. It seems that Serta-Simmons business practice is to make their entry level beds extremely uncomfortable, in order to steer customers towards paying thousands of dollars for one of their “Black Series” mattresses, which IMO are not even that comfortable. I personally tested out half a dozen Serta-Simmons Beautyrest Black series mattresses at mattress firm, and none of them were comfortable. The Silver line is just above their entry level mattress and cost me about $750 from Mattress Firm. That mattress was not remotely plush as it was advertised. It was firm. It was so uncomfortable that I started sleeping on my couch due to the severe hip pain it was causing me. I figured it was a long shot, but bought this mattress because many of the reviews described it as being “bouncy” and “soft”. The Serta-Simmons “Beautyrest” was definitely not bouncy or soft, it was stiff as a board. They should change their name to “Painfulrest”. The purveyors of Molblly should be proud of their product. I was prepared to be disappointed but they proved me wrong. This bed is very comfortable, and I can now sleep peacefully and wake up pain free*. Thank you Molblly, and for anyone considering buying a mattress, I highly recommend staying away from the Serta-Simmons Beautyrest brand, as since the merger between them and Serta (In my opinion Serta was always low-tier in terms of quality and comfort) their quality and comfort for the price has drastically been diminished.

As soon as we cut open the package, the mattress practically leaped out and inflated instantly, catching me off guard and trapping me under the bed momentarily. My wife burst into laughter so hard that I thought she might actually pee herself!Once we recovered from the unexpected mattress explosion, we were amazed by the quality and comfort of the mattress itself. The 14-inch hybrid design provides the perfect balance of support and softness, giving us the best sleep we've had in years. It's like sleeping on a cloud!The convenience of receiving a king-size mattress in a compact box was also a pleasant surprise. Not only did it make delivery a breeze, but it also allowed us to easily maneuver the mattress into our bedroom without any hassle.Overall, the Molblly King Mattress has exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only does it provide incredible comfort and support for a great night's sleep, but it also gave us a hilarious memory that we'll cherish for years to come. This was the first bed in a box I have purchased from Amazon.Arrived quickly, even before it said it would (a definite plus) packed well. Now when the delivery guy just hoisted it up on his shoulder and set it on my porch, I thought how heavy can it really be? I found out pretty quickly! Now I’m not a weakling but I struggled getting the box up a small step into my house! I admit, after that I dragged it to my bedroom!Set up was easy. Unboxed it. Unrolled the mattress. This is where I must share a warning of caution…..When you are unrolling the plastic from the air suctioned plastic…. Make sure your pants are secured and that the rolling doesn’t catch the bottom of your pants. Needless to say, I did not. My pajama pant legs got caught up in the rolling unbeknownst to me, as I was excitedly pulling the plastic and I got de-pants! After fixing the breezy situation, I had a good laugh.The mattress started filling up even before removing the air suctioned plastic. I quickly removed that. Filled out pretty nicely after about 12 hours and finished filling out by 72 hours.I do admit that my partner and I did have to sleep on it about 14 hours after setting it up, as we had no where else to lay our weary heads. It held up well. It did continue to fill out for the rest of the 72 hours. No problem there.The bed is more on the softer side but firm enough. As someone who has hip and back problems from sleeping on poor quality mattresses in the past, I was relieved to wake up without the morning pains! It feels like a nice hug that engulfs and supports you at the same time.The only cons we have experienced, and I waited a month and a half to write this, is the sides and corners are really not very supportive. Sitting on the edge of the bed is out of the question, unless you have your tushy way back on the bed itself. Otherwise you’re getting yeeted onto the floor.The other con is it is not motion isolating… at all. I can feel every move my partner makes when he rolls over or gets in or out of bed. In fact when he gets in bed, I swear it’s like the force is drawing me closer into him! I love him but I need my space sometimes lolSide note, if you are putting this on a platform bed frame, invest in some stoppers. The mattress will slide…. Constantly. Amazon does sell them and I purchased some that had smiley faces that work very well.Other than those cons I would recommend this mattress. But I will be looking for a different one when the time comes to replace it, one with more support sides and motion isolation.
