Kinivo 501BN - Part Remote

This is just a review for the remote. I really like the kinivo 501BN HDMI switcher but my dog chewed up the original remote so I was afraid I'd have to buy a whole new system. But luckily, they offer this part by itself and I was very happy it only cost $5. The new remote works right out of the box and comes with the pill battery. Now I'm just wondering if this remote can work on 2 HDMI switchers in the same room since there was no additional programming involved to get it to work with my setup.

Perfect fit to previously bought HDMI switcher

One of the best things about this remote, its irresistibly delicious (to dogs) flavor, is oddly missing from its description. One can infer this amazing quality from the number of other reviews mentioning that a replacement had to be purchased because "our dog ate the original" one. Rest assured, the replacement remotes are just as delicious as the original! Our greyhound, who has chewed on not a single thing other than his own toys and treats in the 3+ years he has lived with us, never passes up an opportunity to devour one of these tasty morsels. I believe they are liver-flavored, but my wife says she detects a hint of cheese. Whatever the recipe, they are delicious and I have a feeling we will be buying more soon! But, if you prefer to enjoy prolonged traditional use of the item as a remote control for your HDMI switch, I recommend keeping it out of reach of your furry friends.
