I was worried initially that buying Milwaukee tools on here may be counterfeit. I checked these thoroughly when I received them, a checked serial numbers. They are legit, but a produced a few years ago. No issues, both work perfectly fine. Hard to beat Milwaukee quality. Downside to buying Milwaukee tools here is the lack of a warranty since Amazon isn't an authorized seller. It's up to you if that's important. A few dollars can be saved buying on here on some things, other things like Packout accessories are actually cheaper at HD. Just do your research before buying. I own a lot of Milwaukee power tools. Most came from HD. This was the only thing from Amazon. I'm satisfied with my purchase though.

It’s Milwaukee need I say more. These tools have been used daily for months now and still love them as much as when I got them. The impact has a nice compact size, both have plenty of power and the battery lasts a very long time.

Best battery powered drills I've owned with some limitation on the highest speed compared to 120V.. And chuck stays tight better than many. Then screwdriver drill is perfect. Battery holds up well. Well worth the investment.

I was extremely skeptical these were the real deal for the price, and because of all the mixed reviews. Therefore, I did a TON of research to ensure these were not fake or remans. You can typically tell by looking at the hardware, printing of logos, textures, the way the battery charge level lights up, serial number lookup, etc. I'll start with the batteries, the hardware is the original security screws. The lights go left to right as they should. All of the stickers, textures, and even manufacture flash marks are uniform. Although the tools do have the smell some mentioned, they too are completely uniform as the batteries. They do have a small pencil mark on the contact point for the battery, from what I've found this is actually a QC marking from the factory and therefore a good thing! I have not tested the charging on the smaller stick type battery, but everything checks out on the charger and case too. All of the items have factory tags, packaging, and typical manual pamphlets. There was absolutely no sign of previous use or tampering and I looked as hard as I could! The serial numbers date back to 2023 almost to the exact 1 year mark today! Now, because Amazon is not an authorized partner of Milwaukee, you will not be eligible for the warranty, but if these tools are as good as their reputation you really shouldn't need it...but be mindful. I will update this review if I have problems but if you still see this one then all is well. If I could change one thing, it would be to have the seller ship them in a box. Mine arrived in the case it came with which is very tantalizing for would be theives and the case will see wear through shipping. Again, there wasn't a single scratch, scuff, discoloration, loose screw, etc these are brand new and I am happy with my product and this seller. I shopped around and found I would've paid the same price for the impact, charger, and 1 battery had I gone to any of Milwaukee's authorized box stores. So you basically get an extra battery, the drill, and the case free, minus the warranty. Pretty pricey warranty if you ask me. Not to mention I actually struggled to find the tools I wanted in stock while dealing with lousy customer service as far as attentiveness and knowledge at multiple stores.

Great Milwaukee tools. Still run like new after a year and a lot of use. Only complaint is no one key tracking but got them before knew that existed
