I take 1 capsule daily due to lack of sunshine ...
I take 1 capsule daily due to lack of sunshine in the UK and my blood tests show that I am in the highest safe theraputic range ,(last test shows 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 : 193.0 nmol/L) , so it seems to be doing the job really well. Inform yourself though what is a safe level for you.

Fake Product - Do Not Buy. The label , and capsules were different from the real product. I will not risk my health consuming an unknown product.

The capsule size is quite big but other than that this is a fine product of u cannot get what u need from diet and the sun.
