It is side padded . Should purchase 3 times larger one. Otherwise it won' t be suit for anybody. Flexible one but not much.

The most affordable hip dip pads I've seen on Amazon....I'm ft 5'6 , 52Kg and I got XL and fits me perfectlyI always face difficulties choosing pads cause sometimes they are too wide and broad but this is just perfect it doesn't cover anything else except for your hip dips but i gave it a four star because the stitches of the pads is a bit thic so it is visible if you wear a tight fitting, thin material dress, pants or skirt... Except for that it's excellent 💕💕
