This excellent textbook provides comprehensive and detailed coverage of the 2nd year of the AQA Advanced Level Sociology Specification. For each topic the authors clearly explain complex sociological concepts , show how sociological questions are analysed from different sociological perspectives and how sociological theories are evaluated using a variety of methodologies. The chapter on Theory and Methods will prepare students very well for this compulsory element of the specification and also reinforce their overall theoretical understanding of the specific topics which they are studying. Student learning will be enhanced by a variety of student activities involving discussion, further research and examination practice and via the dedicated website accompanying the text . Students will find this book a joy to read.

Impressed with the quick delivery and the book was in an overall good condition, just a tiny bend in the bottom corner of the book (I have OCD with these things to be perfect) but it is just what I need to study for my final year of A Levels, excellent!
