Have you ever wished you could reprogram your brain, just as a hacker would a computer? In this 3-step guide packed with mind hacking techniques , learn how to take charge of your mind and start reprogramming thought patterns to banish negative thoughts, habits, and anxiety—in just a 21-day mental transformation ! A seasoned author, comedian, and entrepreneur, Sir John Hargrave once struggled with unhealthy addictions, anxiety, and poor mental health. After cracking the code to unlocking his mind’s full and balanced potential, his entire life changed for the better. In Mind Hacking , Hargrave reveals the formula that helped him overcome negative thinking and eliminate mental problems at their core through neuroscience-based self-help. Through a 21-day, 3-step training program, this book delivers a simple yet powerful approach grounded in cognitive behavioral strategies and self-improvement exercises, all aimed at building positive habits and enhancing mental clarity and focus. It relies on repetitive steps—analyzing, imagining, and reprogramming—to break through the barriers that prevent you from reaching your potential. By treating your brain as a computer and applying Hargrave’s mind hacking formula, you’ll design your own personal development plan and create a lasting, positive shift in thinking that opens doors to both personal and professional success. Review: Mind Hacking is Mind Blowing - John Hargrave has written a masterpiece. Not only is the topic incredibly interesting and a new view on mindfulness, it is punctuated by John's subtle wit and creative humor. The simple instructions are supported by numerous studies and real-life examples. John deconstructs a concept that has always remained elusive to most humans. The honest introspection, detailed research and relevancy in our technological age make Mind Hacking a must-read book. Review: Great - This book was well done overall. It was written by a software coder/geek and he had an interesting way of framing things. I enjoyed a lot from this book, but got bored towards the end. I find a lot of books “write” for the sake of writing and I feel like all books could be condensed more. Would still recommend this book, epically to those who need help with “removing faulty thought loops”

Got tired of reading the word "hack"
Good info and suggestions, I just got tired of reading the word "hack" over and over as it is so trendy. Wondering if in 20 years the author will do an update with a different trendy word like "tip", "trick" or something else to just say "method". A good read if you're not bothered by overly hip text that may be badly dated by the next young generation. If you've ever read Norman Vincent Peale this might make sense. Some people love the hip jargon of the times, some get bogged down in it. Not a bad book, but Rise of Superman is better if you're only going to buy one self-improvement book.

Read Yourself More Together
At first this appeared to be a potentially useless book as the author doesn't seem to have credentials related to psychology and goes into being a recovering alcoholic (eye roll, sorry), BUT the exercises are helpful and even innovative at times. I like this book--it pretty much brings together all those mind tricks that you've read about in different places into one resource. It also attempts to hold the reader accountable, which is nice.

Sir Hargraves is now on the required reading list!!
If you've read Prank the Monkey, you know what a great author Hargraves is. I bought this because I loved the Zugg comedy and have always been a follower of the things John is doing. I was NOT disappointed! This book blends the kind of pragmatic real world comedy I love from Sir Hargraves, and also delivers the intellectual hackery that the title boasts in large scale order. BRAVO

Just get it Alright!!
Seen this at my library first and after about 3 weeks with this book, i was like i have to own this book. I dont normally buy books but this one is so worth I believe. It is so well-put, very straight forward, and really great concepts to change the way we think and act. How to ultimately become the master of your own mind!

I like the way it was written
I haven't finished reading it, and probably no where near hacking my mind, but the book grabbed me immediately, and I read a little bit almost every day.

Passionant pour les geeks
Des trucs de développeur pour changer sa manière de penser. C'est assez drôle, plein d'astuces efficaces. J'aime assez l'idée développée dans le livre de l'approche des "micro victoires", plus faciles à tenir sur la durée.
