Not worth it
Really not happy with the main attachmentEver since I have purchased we have had to use the small attachment as the large one is usless and doesn't attach without falling off and the power ( if any ) isn't strong enough to suck the liquid up ( let alone anything elseLots of money and hasn't been fit for purposeThe cable / wire won't keep straight and it as if loves to knot togetherNow within a year the quality of this item is showing the small hand tool has now brokenConstant emails and messages and no one has been in contact or replied to any communicationMy next step is BBC WATCH DOG DO NOT BUY FROMTHESE COWBOYS

Worth every penny
I bought this cleaner because I was desperate! We have always owned a dog but after our last one died about four years ago, I thought we could finally get a light coloured carpet that would not be ruined. So I went ahead and bought another beige carpet for the living room. Alas, about a year later we got another dog and then a couple of months ago we got another. The latest one is the dirtiest dog you could ever wish to meet - a chocolate labrador that is the size of a lion and loves dirt and dirty pudddles but even loves bringing dirt into the house even more than leaving it outside. Hence my desperation. Well this carpet cleaner has been a life saver. I can't afford to keep paying out £1000 for a new carpet every 3-4 years so this was my last hope! I was amazed. Yes, it is a little bulky but the results are fantastic. Its easy to use - so much better than previous domestic cleaners that I have had - just follow the instructions and make sure you use the recommended cleaning tablets and you will wonder how you managed without it. I bought this machine about a month ago and have cleaned almost every carpet in the house with very visible results - my husband thinks I am becoming obsessive about carpet cleaning!!!

Not great at all as a carper cleaner
This carpet cleaner might look professional but it is not. It would get five stars as a wet vacuum but not as a carpet cleaner. I hired one and wanted to give it a go on our carpets. Well the results were disappointing especially as we have no pets and no seriously stained carpets but only foot traffic marks from two small children running around. It is pretty simple and easy to use but all it does is spray solution mixed with water and then it sucks it back. There is no brush for actual deep clean your carpets. I had to go over the ''foot traffic'' about six times to get it cleaned, which obviously left carpets pretty wet. Only to clean one bedroom took me about over an hour and it was hard work. Using this machine in reality was nothing like the videos l watched before hands where it just seemed so easy to get rid of marked carpets. Had to put bed mats on carpets afterwards to get them dried quicker but it took a full day anyway. Couple of photos before and after.... I used it with vax ultra solution. I would get professionals next time.

OK for light soiling
I haven't bought one from Amazon or elsewhere, but I borrowed my sister's. Now I understand why she doesn't use it. There's no rotating brush to agitate the carpet fibres, so it's necessary to scrub scrub scrub with the head. This is exhausting, requiring me to take a break every 10 minutes to recover. I guess it would be ok for light soiling (hence the three stars), but for anything more, get one with a rotating brush. It's taken an hour to clean about 2 square meters, and I don't think it's cleaned consistently, although I won't know for sure until the carpet has dried out conpletely. At this rate, it gonna take all day.

DO NOT BUY THIS DIVICE IT IS AN EXPENCIVE EXPENCIVE WAISTE OF MONEY
this item is very cheaply made , and the water sprayer pipe keeps coming disconnected, the plastic carpet suction section is very flimsy and has a bug crack in it , the crack developed even when using very little force, also the pipe connectors do not lock into place and keep turning round and do not lock, this makes the pipe suction fall all the time. The handle which is used to push the carpet suction section onto the carpet has snapped and is made of very thin cheep plastic. I have bought a carpet cleaner before but it was on a much better standard and strength of build, AND COST LESS THAN HALF THE COST! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CHEEP DEVICE YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED

Better value than cheaper cleaners
The Puzzi may be more expensive than other models available however it could prove to be better value than cheaper cleaners in the long run. We bought a £90 very well known cleaner from a very well known DIY outlet only to have it steadily fall to pieces over a twelve month period. The Puzzi will only have to last three years for it to have been better value. We have got some of our money back by hiring it out on a few occasions. This machine is well made, cleans very well (better than hiring a GP to do the cleaning if you know what I mean, and is relatively quiet.

Outstanding Value
This cleaner costs no more than two full professional cleans, and does an equally good (or even better) job. The benefit is that you can use it any time without further cost (except for cleaner tablets). I found it easy to use, and it does not seem to require too much downward pressure to do the job. Having recently acquired a second puppy, we will be making use of it again soon, once she is fully house trained.
