Though I am not sure if I am a fan of these packets or a full bottle, not sure which one is better for the money, but these are easier for me to use since I drink one a day at work in my coffee. So I just open the packet and put it in and then use my coffee creamer and the usual as I desire. Much safer than the other laxatives. This allows me to go once a day, with the cramps and pain associated with other laxatives. Plus with the new FDA warning on using more than the recommended laxatives from other brands that can cause death because they kill parts of the colon, I will stick to this which doesn't have that problem.
