Review: Excellent buy. Works great perfect for my needs - I needed a boom pole that was light-ish and not too big. Reviews of micro poles mentioned how flimsy some were or had other issues. On arrival this seemed a bit bigger than needed BUT it has turned out perfect. 3 sections mean it is sturdier. Its not too heavy and 2 hand grips are just right. Its got a nice balance to it and for what I need ot it just right. Being Neewer it is good quality (I have several Neewer items) Orher plus points: screw sockets both end, packet with screw adaptors, good cable clips. Glad I paid a bit more to get a quality product that is perfect for my needs.

**Q: Can you attach to any microphone?**
A: Pretty much although maybe not obscure ones? Sm58’s etc are fine and most rifles

**Q: Is it possible to insert an xlr cable, even if i have to reattach the plug? thanks!**
A: No there is no access to the inside.

**Q: Does it comes with a bag?**
A: Mine didn't either. :-(

**Q: So can you just add the microphone on with the standered thingy it has on the bottom of it**
A: Yes, at the one side there is an small hole to adjust the microphone, though you may need in the future a cable at least of three meters to absorb the noises from great distance

A little heavier than my other carbon boom pole, but a very tidy piece of kit, with included straps for wires and thread adapters This is a great starter pole for beginners or for those more experienced who need something rugged and sturdy. I purchased this for a charity that makes videos and runs media clubs.. our volunteers found this comfortable and easy to use from those with no experience, through to professionals, we all agreed this was good value for money.
