Within one month I have to call service man because of Product issues....very bad experience...pls everyone don't purchase... it's vaste of money

Royal Aqua fresh machine
The media could not be loaded. Its is a rubbish product..till fitting all good ..now after one month it has stopped working.Service agaency explains that waranty is upto 6 months..if we buy from amazon and 1 year if we buy directly from them, But within 6 month if any issue arises customer has to pay visit charge as well as charge of part replaced. Amazon shall not use such vendors or schemes to sell product just showing low cost and fooling customers.If my purchased product is not working just one month after purchase than what is the use of buying this new product.This is the backstage story of amazon online cheap product.

Defective and missing parts
At first i ordered it and received mineral water purifier..after again i order it and got purifier but without the tap attachments and the filter was defected when i turned it on..it didn't turn on..the plumber said this is defective and i had to pay 500 to the plumber also for just coming to fit the ro but it was faulty

Installation guide
There is no installation guide and nobody will come to install this filters. There is so kuch leakage

Pathetic service.
The media could not be loaded. The product arrived in good condition. All the instruments were ok. But the technician that was allotted was thief and unprofessional. I bet I can install this within an hour. And he took 2 hours to install and kept screws and washer that left the tap leaking. He also cut of the plug and broke it. When I contacted company to change it. They are not resolving it. Finally, I myself put other screws and applied m seal to stop the leakage as it is for my office and can’t afford bisleri any more. It is better to get some branded investing a little more.
