These exit signs are as described by the seller and arrived as expected. The exit lights themselves are bright and the emergency lighting is ok but could be brighter. The plastic bodies of these lights are somewhat flimsy to me, and I broke three of the emergency lights little tabs that hold the lights onto the body while being very careful assembling them. Also, like most other manufacturers, the backup emergency lighting battery is nickel cadmium and are not very high quality. Overall if you’re careful with them they seem to be a good value for the money.

I volunteer for a non-profit that has a small office space. The exit light died and according to the landlord we're responsible for replacing it. This worked perfectly to replace the existing exit light. As others have said, it's pretty flimsy. After reading the other reviews I took great care in connecting the lights, it does appear to be easily broken. The bottom line is it does the job for a good price.

We installed 4 of these so far and they all had the same issue a few weeks after installation: the emergency lights come on at 30% brightness or 50% brightness, totally randomly (I'm estimating the brightness, you'll see why). 3 are in our warehouse and at any given time 2 of the 3 will be lit up. And it will be a different one each day. If you push the button, they do get brighter (100%). When they are on what I'm calling 30% brightness, on a bright day you might not know it's on until a cloud covers the sun.Oh, and sometimes, and this is the most embarrassing part, sometimes the lights are flickering. In a warehouse, it's fine, especially with skylights, but offices or any indoor area, this is really bad.Over time, they have all turned up to about 70% brightness, and no more flickering. I asked AI what the problem is, just to see if I could fix it, and it suspects the controller that charges the battery is letting too much current through (since the lights should only come on from the battery power). I would look elsewhere for exist signs with better reviews. I just installed another brand and they seem higher quality (the test button is more robust and the mount has less wobble).
