El producto cumple con lo ofertado, sin embargo no alcanza la calificación completa porque el de la paquetería no llamó, no tocó la puerta y sólamente lo aventó por arriba sin ningún cuidado ni autorización. Al ser instrumentos de música si hay que cuidar que el envío sea cuidadoso, pudo haberse torcido.
