Great badge blanks for my badge maker. Good quality components.

** I have updated my original score from 1-4 as E-badges have been in touch to inform me of a rogue batch of fronts that accidentally made it to Amazon. They have said they will replace**Terrible experience! I have been using e-badges/Enterprise for years! I had an urgent customer order come in (2 days before event), ordered these from their Amazon page in an emergency, as I only had half of my components left for an an order. I made the first half in my shop (20) using existing components which all made beautifully.I started on the new components and they will not form correctly (leaving gaps around the edges using my e-badges badge maker). Never had a problem before. These turned up unpinned too!I eventually found the new backs worked with some old fronts I had, so it was the fronts that were faulty only.

Can't fault! works fine, makes lovely badges, always good quality. Cheaper direct from the enterprise website, and customer service is fab.

The majority of the blank badges and metal casing were great quality, super happy with them. However about 20% of metal clips were rusted when the parcel arrived.

who do I talk to about a batch of buttons that have 21 missing out of the 250 plus 1 out of 5 pops off? I think we got a defective batch.
