Q: I have amazon prime music, does this device allow me to open the amazon music app and play music from that?

As long as you download the music as an mp3 you can put it on your zune and play it but it cannot use an actual app

Q: Is it worth to get, its November 2017. I just need some thing to download my music from the latest windows software?

It has been years since I had a Zune and I must say they gave apple back then a run for their money and I did enjoy listening to my device. I can say my disappointment with Microsoft at that time was the battery life but the quality of listening was just as good as Apple products at that time with this minor/major flaw. That was in 2006 and hope they have remedied that issue. I am sorry I am not familiar now with the product but have always loved the style of the device and the quality of my music on it. Even though the Apple products were smaller and more compact at the time. My friends called my Zune a portable radio. But I had a Nice color and loved the design. Now Apple has larger versions, so who is laughing now sorry had to get that in. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did back then

Q: can I stream music offline without purchasing the song like you can in Spotify or Rhapsody?

Zune does have Wifi, it's used to sync with what you have in the Zune software on a PC. You can't really stream offline like Spotify, but you can share music with other Zune devices for a limited amount of time.
