I used this sponge to repair 8 different areas on a popcorn ceiling. I highly recommend watching the video listed in the instructions that accompany the sponge. I primed first with a regular paintbrush. Afterwards, I worked the sponge into the flat interior paint (with the popcorn additive) as instructed to each area of damage, After allowing time for each area to dry, I then applied another coating. After the third or fourth coating, no one could even tell that the ceiling was damaged! I recommend watching the video, properly mixing the paint to the popcorn ceiling additive, and taking your time. I also recommend having the patience to allow each area to dry before applying the additional applications. I am very happy with the end result! This sponge did a much better job than a roller or brush! Don’t forget to place a drop cloth to protect the floors!

The Products were terrible !!! I couldn't use the sponge or the popcorn Texture I ordered !!!
The texture was very difficult to adhere to the repair area on the ceiling !!! The Texture and the Sponge were worthless !!! I ended up buying a popcorn texture spray can from Walmart !!!! It worked Great !!
