Good for crafting not tight enough to aid stiff joints, or arthritis. I needed compression gloves.

Doesn't help for crochet thumb/hand pain
This may be great for arthritis, but I chose them to help with the thumb/hand pain from crocheting....it did nothing. It's just like wearing a "tighter" glove. I returned.
