Great marine collagen
Iv been using these for over a month now and I love them, my hair and nails have seen the biggest improvement of your in any doubt as to weather they work or not I can assure you they do my hair is so much more shinier and looks healthier and before I was shredding a lot of hair my nails were very brittle and never seem to grow but they’re growing and looks so much more healthier. I will continue using these as they’re not expensive and they really do

A little on the large size capsule
I found the size of theses capsules a little on the large size so had a little difficulty swallowing . Considering the dose says 2 a day these should last me 60 days hopefully I’ll see the benefits soon .
