For some, the taste of garlic is gross and maybe even revolting, but I feel taking this is worth the pain / disgust, and here's why:I started feeling sick while I was at work (I have no seasonal allergies btw). Anyway, that night I megadosed this again, and it was pretty much gone the next day (by the end of the day).In conclusion, I'd strongly recommend these to anyone for the flu season / in general. They don't have any downsides worth speaking of. They can't hurt you (unless you're allergic of course) if you follow the instructions, so I'd say it's a great precaution even if you got your vaccines and have good hygiene.Oh, and they don't come in a bottle, rather, they come in blister packs and individually sealed. I like this as it keeps them fresh and controls the humidity.
