I bought this since we are not allowed to wear a wrist watch in the hospital, and I need to be able to tell the time, plus take an accurate pulse. Hence it was an absolutely necessity to have a second hand. I was willing to go digital, but it seems those are much more difficult to find at a reasonable price.The numbers on the face of the watch are up-side-down when hanging, but will be the right way up when you tilt it up towards your face. There is a 15 second graduated scale on the rim of the watch for easy reading, along with marks for 30 & 45 seconds.To fix it to my clothing, I threaded the carabiner through the strap of my pouch bag using an awl, and then heated the nylon fibres with a lighter to melt them and stop fraying. You could simply slide the carabiner along a belt, but that would make the watch tilt a little left or right when reading it. Threading the carabiner through two fresh holes keeps the watch facing directly forward which is a better arrangement. You could possibly do the same arrangement with a leather belt if you had a leather punch.PS: Mine did not come in a presentation case. It came in bubble wrap. A spare battery was provided.I've only had the watch for 1 week, but the quality seems fine, the time seems to remain accurate, and the price was good. Recommended.

Very sturdy time piece. The numbers are clear and easy to ready. It's quite loud and larger than expected but neither are an issue. The clip design is so much more reliable and convenient than a pin.**Second Purchase**Just as pleased with my replacement.Had to order again as I accidentally left the first clipped to my uniform in the wash. After rescuing it from the machine mid-wash it worked ok for a few minutes then gave up the ghost. Not that it claims to be water resistant, just adding as a 'good to know'

Only had it a day, so will update review if anything changes.Looks quite a decent quality. Quite heavy. Has a battery installed and comes with a spare. So far timekeeping is accurate against my Apple Watch.I have purchased this for my role as first responder. So need it to be good. I don’t have great eyesight for small dials, but can see the seconds hand fine, even in relatively low light. The attachment appears to be of a general good quality and opens easily when pressed, without seeming flimsy. Would recommend

As a trainee ambulance technician I need something like this. Simple, with an uncluttered, easy to read face. The clip seems secure enough to hang from a belt loop all day, although, like all carabineer watches I've seen, there is no way of securing the gate closed (other than with a small piece of tape if you're really worried about loosing it.)It arrived as promised (with spare battery). I can't comment on its long term durability or battery life as I've only had it a couple of weeks. However it was very reasonably priced compared to other similar ( identical? ) watches offered by other suppliers. My only slight niggle so far is that there is next to no luminosity on the face and hands to allow viewing in low light but I still consider this great value for money. Overall, Highly recommended.

Used as student paramedic. Excellent watch, not luminesent so won't work amazingly if you haven't got a light source, however the watch doesn't claim this, this is just my opinion.Carabiner mechanism works well, seems quite secure as does the rest of the watch. Don't have any worries about it on a front line ambulance.

Hooks neatly onto belt loop. Arrived preset to the right time, and its still accurate. comes with a spare battery. Adjustment wheel is positioned out of the way so it does not snag clothing. flourescence only lasts about a minute but is quite bright. Easy to read without glasses. Ticks all the boxes for me. So good, as soon as it arrived I ordered another two for presents, which were well received.

Bought one and the battery lasted about a month. Bought another because it’s cheap enough and the battery lasted about 6 weeks. The jewels didn’t want to try and change the battery so don’t think I’ll buy any more

It's as advertised. Just bad quallity. I was supposed to use it instead of wristwatch but didn't like it so I mostly used it as a keyring. One of the arrows (the seconds one) broke and was rotating 360 degrees. Surprisingly the hour/minutes it showed was still correct. The black paint wore off very fast and finally the carabiner broke down. I would not buy it again.
