This is a very good way of getting magnesium for people with absorption difficulties
I'm a returning customer and this has made a big difference to my health. There isn't much support in mainstream healthcare for gut issues and mineral deficiencies, but this product is easy to us, palatable and I have felt considerably less rubbish since taking this. Five stars from me!

Add to your bedtime drink
I like this product because I find it a nice way to intake Mg. I just add it to my cup of camomile tea at night, it's a nice alternative to pills and capsules.
