Top Quality material. Best function. Extremely comfortable.
SOLID PRODUCT. Top quality material used. Iron hooks are beefy. Velcro is very durable and stick tight for good wrap of my wrists. Inside foam cushion very adequate....not cheap.I use for shoulder shrugs doing barbell with 250 pounds. Solid control and great comfort. If I lost one, I would buy again as it saves on my 72 year old wrists!!

Great Quality
Great quality !! I compared these to a more expensive brand and they are just as good and half the cost

Work great, a little loose on my wrists
My wrists are about 6 inches around and the straps for these are just a little bigger than I’d like, but I still really enjoy the product- I would definitely give it a 5 star rating if the wrists fit a little better

Great weight hook
At gym after kettlebell exercise, I hang from chin bar to decompress my back spine. Sometimes I hear dull cracking sound. This weight hook is a life saver to lengthen my hanging time. I like it.

Worked for my application. . .
I never knew these devices existed but I saw something similar on an industrial site for aiding in lifting heavy things repeatedly. I was having a hand procedure in a week or so, so I decided to look for them. I came across these for weightlifting. I have lifted heavy weights for decades, since HS, and to my mind if you are lifting so heavy that you need lifting hooks you are doing something wrong.BUT, if you need to splint or bolster your grip due to an injury or a hand procedure, these work great. I used them for pull-ups while healing from the procedure (doctor approved), on one hand only. They are really well made BUT as some have noted, NOT for the thin wristed. Now I am not one of those thick boned types, medium boned, but wear extra-large gloves and my wrists are certainly not dainty. (~7 1/2" , 19 cm.) However, I do have only about 3/8ths of an inch of hook and loop before I run out. The hook and loop is really "bitey" and holds really well enough to give good support to a 220 pounder for one arm pull-ups, so there is some leeway. But if you are a smaller boned person you may want to look elsewhere. Unless you eat a lot of spinach . . . You get two.

Good concept. Not made right
I’m a pretty big guy and it seems like the hooks are too long and they don’t adjust. No matter how tight you make them they pull up on your wrist and the hook ends up on your finger tips instead of your lower palm. Awkward and uncomfortable. Maybe if they were shorter.
