Very fast delivery. Easy to use. Charging is slow...around 24 hours to fully charge a Renault Megane . However, much cheaper than public charging while awaiting installation of Ohme unit, and great to use to boost the battery.I used it overnight on an economy 7 tarrif, which compares well to £30 per hour at a public charger. Great bit of kit for a reasonable price. Very useful as a portable standby when visiting friends and family, and holidays.

Not happy with delivery, but that Amazon fault not the seller, plugged in to the wall and charged car took about 3hrs from empty to full good charger, only downside is the plug cable is to short needs to be 2 or 3 mtr longer from the control box

I ordered after I collected my electric car as my home charger was going to take a few weeks to be fitted and I really didn't want the hassle of using the public chargers.Very easy and straightforward to use. I plugged it into my longest extension lead, sat the sockets under the car and covered them with a plastic bucket as it was to rain overnight. Was a bit cautious and set it at 8amps. Got about 90 miles on an overnight charge. The next week I set it at 10amps and got well over 100 miles and less hours. Very happy with this charger and very easy to use. Have kept it as an emergency cable.

This EV Charger is great in terms of packaging/storage, cable length, user-friendliness, and charging speed.One notable improvement over my previous one is the additional cable length. It’s three metres longer which means no more precision parking on the drive to reach the car. Despite the increased length, the cable remains thin and lightweight and is more portable than my previous 5m one. It can be neatly wrapped up and stored in its bag without taking up any additional space.The key/summary of the various status indicators on the back of the charger (see photos) provides a quick and convenient way to see what its current state is. I wish my previous one had that as it continually power cycled through different voltages for no reason yet its status was that it was ‘working fine’. It had far too many lights and most of them did nothing.This has a sturdy construction and robust build and it feels like quality without being too heavy. I’ve added some photos to depict it in action and charging our car quickly with a great speed from the standard mains.Someone could be understandably hesitant about spending this money on a lesser know brand, but it knocks the socks off my more expensive branded one in every way possible way. It’s lighter, longer, more reliable, same fast speed, easy to store away (as it’s more malleable), easy to use the functions and it’s heavily IP rated against water ingress. It also had no signs of heating up, even at full speed. It remained cooler to touch than my previous one. I think you'd struggle to find better and I thought the price was great also.

Half an hour after plugging in the plug, I noticed that the plug was overheating, with some signs of melting and some unpleasant odor. I had planned to use it for the night, which forced me to give up. When purchasing, the product advertised that it can automatically stop charging when it exceeds 85 ℃, which seems like a joke

The media could not be loaded.  I've got an EV but at work there's nowhere to calgarge it ... This is a cheap solution to the issue. It's simple to use and plugs in the standard mains power. The readout is clear and easy to understand. The cable is nice and robust and at 5m long is long enough for what I needed.it all packs away in a handy case when not in use. It was by far the cheapest I'd looked at and produced the perfect results
