This was the 2nd pair of yobola earphones purchased - the first pair stopped working after 10 months this pair stopped after just 3 months. They were fine (indeed very good) when they worked, but when I contacted the company they firstly instructed me to do a 'reset' which made no difference whatsoever. Then they said to return the product (at my expense - £5 for recorded delivery). I got a phone call 2 days later from a cancer charity shop who told me that they were inundated with receiving broken earphones from yobola and they were did not have any presence at the address they gave to me. The manager of the charity shop was concerned at the number of people being scammed to send returns to this address - and indeed he was being inconvenienced. Hopefully Amazon will now remove this seller to prevent anyone else being caught with this and putting the charity shop out further.

I have tried many sports bluetooth headphones over the past few years and they have all failed me. From cheap to expensive they all seem to last for just few weeks. I believe this is because I sweat a fair bit from my head when I run, but they do all claim they are sweat proof.I have waited over 10 months before doing a review. My Yobola headphones are still going strong!In addition these phones have a better base, less distortion and much longer battery performance than the Soundpeats, Joygo, Mpow, JVC spash and others that I have tried.I have just checked and it took me 11 sets of headphones before I found these.

This product is really great! However they broke after only 6months of use and when I asked for the company to investigate they completely blew me off. I got in touch with them and they said to factory restart which I did and this didn't work they then asked me to return the item, fine, but when I asked for a prepaid postage label they just said they would arrange a replacement. This was over 10 days ago now. And it appears that they have marked my order as returned an refunded just to close the issue. It has not been returned or refunded and I'm still waiting to hear anything back from them.

Bought these earbuds in Dec last year and was extremely pleased with every aspect of them. Sadly the failed after six months roughly and I contacted the customer support who have been so good in trying to resolve problems with firstly trying to help me fix the problem then sending back for check and possible repair. The kept in touch during this time and finally sent me a new pair. Very good customer support. It's nice to know that some companies do keep to there word.

Of the 4 pairs I have tried those headphones are the best but still not as good as another pair I came across. The headphones stay in place when I am walking or turning my head right and left in order to cross the roads. The sound quality is passable. Better than other 3 pairs but still don't sit well inside my ears and require to be pushed in in order to get good bass.

I was very happy with these for a few months. Then after shuffling some stuff around on the table that they were on, I noticed that one of the ear hooks had snapped off. They are still usable without it, but not for running or at the gym.Overall they are good headphones, but the fact that this part snapped fairly easily is rather annoying.

Ordered these headphones. They were faulty when arrived. Headphones would not charge properly and could not factory reset them. Contacted Yobola customer services via email.A replacement pair was sent out to me .These had the same problem as the previous ones.Sent both back for a refund.Would not recommend.

Very comfy and easy to use. Links to my phone instantly.The sound is a bit tinny, hence only 4 stars (I'd actually give it 4.5 if I could), but you get what you pay for and I can wear these with a hat on whilst working in the garden.
