Good replacement
Perfect replacement, exactly what it says it is. Would be fine for any similar diameter tube but magnet is positioned to be compatible with Gregory hydration packs

Easy to install
This was exactly what I neeeded to fix my water bag after my preschooler broke the orginal spout. It was easy to install

Perfect replacement
It worked! I was afraid my model would be too old but I’m so happy to have my water pack working again.

Works well
Replaced osprey bite valve on hydraulics bladder with this one. Both work, but the gregory is easier for 18 month olds to use in the poco child carriers. To make replacement easier just run under very hot water to loosen up the hose.

Exactly what I needed
My old one broke while trying to clean it and this replacement was perfect it’s a different style but it’s better.

Need to turn the bite valve piece 45 degrees to use it
I needed to replace my original bite valve because it got a tiny hole in it. I'm hoping this one is a bit more durable. This bite valve has a different on/off toggle than the original, so it's taking a bit to get used to. Other reviews mention that the orientation of the slit in the bite valve is wrong. I have to agree. The slit is cut so you have to hold the tube perpendicular to the ground and bite, instead of just lifting the tube off your chest strap and drinking it with the tube at a 45 degree angle. To fix this problem, I just twisted the light blue bite piece a quarter turn and it's now oriented closer to how I can drink from it easily. By doing that, the light blue bite piece doesn't fit tightly on the tubing, but so far, it hasn't leaked. Not sure why they engineered it that way, but at least I found a workaround. If it starts leaking because of the quarter turn, I may have to lower my rating.

No instructions. No opening in the silicon, had to pierce it with a knife to get a flow of water.
