A perfect pair!
I've been exploring tools for massage and recovery lately and was initially going to get a foam set of balls instead but decided on this last minute and am so very glad that I did!I am genuinely blown away with how effective these are right out of the package! I tried one on its own at first on my neck and immediately felt the familiar crunch of knots being worked out but not in a painful way. These balls have just enough give to feel cushy while still being firm enough to get the job done.I used the same approach later on my wife's back and she practically melted! I later used them together in the pouch on my neck and lower back. It was a bit of trial and error to find the right spot for my lower back but they definitely work!I also explored their website and found a fair amount of free simple tutorial videos on basic techniques for using the balls on different areas of the body. They do have other options for videos but the subscription seems pretty pricey. I might look into getting the book though that teaches you more of these maneuvers because the balls are really useful.Oh, keep in mind that if you lay directly on the balls, it can be quite a lot of pressure, like a thumb. The plus model is supposed to be a bit gentler as they are larger, this is the smallest size they make, which does make them easy to take with you if you happened to be traveling etc.I could definitely see myself using these for a long time to come and also getting some extras for gifts or just as backup! If you're even remotely thinking of exploring self massage for pain relief, working out stubborn knots, etc this set is very worthwhile. 100% would recommend.

Release & relax
At first these were hard to use, but as you use them they start to get better with each use. These work better than a foam roller. I’ve been doing my muscle releases with these. They are the right size for me, giving pinpoint pressure where I need it. If you have shoulder, neck, back, hip, or any other tense muscles or pain, these are perfect. I highly recommend following the videos on how to use these, which help a lot. These are suuuperrrbb for feet releases too if you are on your feet all day. Long day of walking at Disneyland? These are perfect for that! Great tool to bring along if you travel too!

Long Lasting/ great for travel
I purchased these as a second set. I am a teacher and I keep one in my desk for a quick lunchtime back and shoulder tension breaker. They have a good firmness but not overpowering and are soft at the same time. It is better than a tennis or lacrosse ball to relieve tension for feet as well. The little bag is good and keeps them from getting lost.

Great , simple, inexpensive massage tool
Perfect to massage muscles around hip after hip replacement! My husband bought a massage gun, but the pressure is too strong, and I like being able to use the balls without being dependent on someone else, and no charging or plug is needed! I’d been using tennis balls against a wall for years as suggested by my PT, but these are much better because the slight stickiness of the rubber means they don’t slip out of place. Also like that the mesh case enables me to use them as a “peanut” for my neck and spine. Inexpensive solution!

Good for feet, blemishes on ball
They work great on my feet. I have pain in my arch that is affecting my big toe joint. Loosening the fascia with rolling has helped a lot. The ball itself has some blemishes, so don’t look too closely.

I love these things. I take them even when I travel.
I have been buying these for years and I give them to friends and neighbors when they have sore backs. I used them in yoga when I taught and now they are wonderful when I am sore and achy and can’t reach a spot in my back or hips great for sciatic.

Glad I bought
These were recommended by a doctor, I'm glad I purchased to help losen a tight back. Sometimes a bit too small, but great for pinpoint treatment/relief. I'm glad I purchased and now travel with one always, just in case I need to relieve muscle tightness.
