They’re approximately 1 1/4” diameter. Approximately 1 1/2” tall . They’re really cute . More of a plastic fidget spring not really big enough to climb down anything. Non the less they are fun to fidget with .

Not at all. They dont glow. They are about one inch and a half, really cute, great for party favors.
