Great quality towel rail excellent value

Surprisingly good product, easy to assemble either with fixing wall glue or screw and raw plugs both elements supplied with product. I chose the screws and raw plugs, all of 5 minutes and job done.I used the 70mm full extension for our bath towels excellent. And a good price point.

Item arrived on time, good item and good condition but missing a part, a screw cover. Tried to contact seller and Amazon but had no joy. All I want is the missing screw cover.

Looks good, expandable as well, so can be used in variable nooks & crannies in the bathroom. Easy to fit but suggest you may want to source your own fixing screws as ones supplied were unsuitable for my application.

Good item just what I was looking for

The no drill method does not work. It fell off immediately after holding it for 3 mins like the instructions say and the wall stickers did not stick either. I thought the stickers would be a lot stronger but they were no stronger than regular children’s stickers.

Arrived quickly and very carefully packaged. Even included a screwdriver for assembly. I wanted extra rails to hang towels to dry. We previously hung them on a ladder radiator which stopped any heat getting into the bathroom. We positioned the towel rail over the radiator so the towels still cover part of the radiator but it's not completely lagged now 😂 Very impressed with the quality of this rail for the price. It extends much more than my photo shows but this is the only space we had for it. Clear, easy to follow assembly and fitting instructions. We screwed it to the wall so can't comment on gluing instructions and method. Very pleased with this towel rail and would highly recommend.

The towel rail comes neatly packaged with screws and plugs provided. It was purchased based on the 3 rail design and the telescopic rails. In the description and photographs it seemed sturdy and durable but when assembled the rails were not completely rigid and flexed a little when used for bath towels.Installation will require a measure of diy skills. For mounting on a solid wall you will need to drill 4 holes of the correct size for the plugs provided. There are instructions provided to help with this. A spirit level is advisable to ensure the rail is level before drilling walls. The rails have to be fitted to the two plates with the machine screws provided before mounting on the wall. Once assembled, the rails are extended to the length required (in my case 64cms).The next step is drilling the 4 holes and requires care and attention. Be wary of drilling tiles, they can, and will, crack easily. I avoid drilling near the edge of a tile to reduce any risk of cracking. Also, I never use the hammer setting when drilling tiles. I drill carefully the tile with the normal setting and only when I’m through the tile will I then turn on the hammer to drill the brick/block behind.Once mounted the rail looks attractive and the price is competitive but the weak design of the telescopic rails lets it down.
