Pain relief and better sleep
I have been experiencing body pain and knew I needed a softer bed. I ordered this topper and it has improved my life significantly. I started to buy a new mattress, but at the last minute decided to try this, and I am so glad I did. I was having back pain and cramps in my feet, legs, and back and neck. This topper has helped in a very short time. I love it. I sleep better and longer. It is easier for me to fall asleep. The only complaint I have is I had to order a queen size and cut it down to fit my full bed because they are made smaller than the actual mattress size. Even so, it was worth the extra cost. I would recommend this topper and I would purchase it again.Follow up: I love this topper, but I decided to upgrade to a 3 inch one and it was horrible. It never inflated, had no fragrance, was rough as sandpaper, and was not even dark gray like the first. I contacted v-laven and they said they would refund me. It took 3 emails and a month to get my money back, but I did get it back. I think the bad topper was left in a hot warehouse for an extended period of time. Good luck with your purchases, this company's product is not consistent. What a shame, because when it's good, it's very good.

Perfect for my queen sizes bed
Perfect for my queen sizes bed. The 2in is just enough cushion and my deep pocket sheets fit very well. It does have a mild chemical odor but after 2 days, it faded. Not so much Jasmine.

Can I get a replacement or the actual charcoal one I ordered.
First of all, I did not get the “charcoal” one I ordered. Secondly it has been out of the box for 80 hours at least and the only areas that have expanded to 2 inches are the two fold lines. The rest is sort of glue-like as if it was stored in intense heat and there are large orange colored stains on both sides. My daughter just said,”it looks like it has been in a thrift store for years don’t put it near the bed.” I can not get it back in the box and it is not worth shipping. Anything you can do would be appreciated. I definitely got a lemon. Thank you...

DO NOT BUY THIs. Absolutely horrible. Won’t inflate after many hours. It feels like cheap low density foam and has weird bubbles/holes and hard glue like marks around them. Garbage.

It's nice. Came quickly
It's nice. Came quickly. I wish I would have gotten the 3 inch though still doesn't give me as much cushion as I wished for. (I'm a bit curvy so I need lots of cushion apparently) but my husband says it's just right. I have noticed that there a couple places where it's coming apart but other than that I'm okay with it.

Terrible
The foam is uneven in 3 sections. It's like they glued 3 strips of foam together (lengthwise) to make one piece. Those joints are different thicknesses. Don't buy.
