Millie Marotta's Wild Savannah Deluxe Edition: a colouring book adventure: 15

This is my second hard back colouring book, two things are great, quality of paper and the designs highly recommend enjoy.

What a beautiful book, with beautiful thick paper, the images are single sided too, the only problem is the book is so beautiful I don’t want to spoil it by colouring in it!

The ultimate hobby colourists dream, beautiful images, thicker, smooth paper and bound in hardback.I've bought a *few* adult colouring books... ok a lot :)Most disappoint and end up tossed after a while, the irritations become too great, poor quality paper is the biggest problem like thin paper, and scratchy paper that hinders the pencil, rivers of bleed if I happen to use a pen, images printed too close to the spine making it difficult to colour to the edge, images spread over 2 pages that spine problem again but x2.Millie's books have already come out on top for me in their paperback editions.These hardbacks are a stroke of genius as far as I'm concerned an artist that finally cares about the experience the customer has with her work - most seem to jump on the lets get into the colouring craze not thinking or caring about basic relationship between paper and medium. Images that cover 2 pages fold out simple but so effective.Thank you Millie can't wait for the deluxe Curious Creatures :)

This book was bought as a present for my wife and it was very well received. The quality is outstanding, the paper is the right grammage and is crystal clear, the illustrations are excellent. Millie does produce pretty well the best overall colouring books.

I was surprised by this book. I didn't expect it to be this good. Superb....it deserves more then the 5 stars. Book is hardcover but that isn't aproblem when colouring, book will lay flat open. Paper is white and thick, I haven't tested it with pens yet but i don't think that will bea problem. All is printed single page so you can put an extra paper behind the page your colouring to prevent leek through. It has a number ofpages that can be folded out, I think I will cut these pages out because colouring them in this book will be a problem. As bonus this bookalso has 5 extra loose pages which when finished can be framed.

A truly gorgeous book..I have purchased the 2 smaller wild Savannah’s,which is a unique experience for me....I never ever buy any kind of craft item more than once until now...also lost my craze for colouring in but,with my second wild savannah the joy came back again to the extent of getting this deluxe edition....it is beautiful...new drawings too....the cover had made me hope there would be...with this,my other craft hobbies will not get a look in for a long long time...sounds a bit OTT but,I am so thrilled with it....love it.....

Beautiful book. I have all of Millie Marottas normal colouring books, but I thought I would treat myself to this deluxe one and I’m very glad I did. The pages are only printed on one side so markers can be used and there are some loose pictures at the back which you can colour and frame. Love it!

Da ich meine Motive in „Schichten“ ausmale, muss Papier bei mir viel aushalten können. Dieses Malbuch bzw. dieses Papier ist sehr glatt und dick genug für meine komplexen Arbeiten mit Bunt- und Tuschestifte und Fineliner. Dafür gebe ich gern etwas mehr Geld aus. Dieses Malbuch „Deluxe“ ist sein Geld wert! Bitte mehr davon!

Amazingly beautiful. Paper is great quality.

A gorgeous dark smoky peach hard bound coloring book of high quality. Lots and lots of pages of the same drawings as the paperback book. In the back is an envelope with five loose sheets to do with as you please. The paper is smooth and very thick, the better to hold any medium you wish to use. As I look through the book, I think there are more drawings in this version than the paperback. All the drawings are on a single sheet and there are some drawings that cover two pages. The only negative is that none of the pages are perforated for easy removal for framing. And, some of the drawings fade right into the binding making it difficult to complete. Otherwise, this is a great book for the collector.

These books are amazing! I have wanted to order them forever. I am so glad I ordered this book. The book is huge eith a beautiful hard cover. I hope to be able to order the others soon!
