The plated is extremely well made and the finish is fantastic. I really only needed to used as a template to cut switch holes in a piece of plastic.But would have considered using if I didn’t already have holes made. Also if a 4 position plate was available. Two on top then two switches below. That would have made it a really great item for me. I cant trim to do that because of the mounting holes already drilled. So even if one was offered with no screw mounting holes I could have trimmed and placed one on top than another below.

This fit our harbor freight winch switch perfectly. Made mounting much easier with being able to have a little more tolerance in the mounting hole.

The Switch Panel is reasonalby thick and holds all the rocker switches well. I had to make several versions of the order of my rocker switches and the paint withstood several switch removals and insertions. The mounting holes were placed equally at the corners. This made it easy for me to CAD out the spacing for the fasteners. I am happy with my purchase. Cheers.

I bought two of theses and all six switches did not fit. had to file on two sides to get the switches to snap in place.not hard to do because it's aluminum but kind of a pain at first. looks great installed. overall happy with the turn out.

Ordered the single gang switch plate which states a 21.5 x 37.6 opening. I wanted a true d.c. rated switch many switches sold are ac rated on the switch, but sellers say can be used for dc, yet they do not give a dc rating.I am installing a roof top mounted solar panel and wanted to leave the pre wired side mount solar jack functional. So with a switch I can choose between roof permanent installed roof panels or portable panels should I choose to add them.The nilight switches are dc rated. But Nilight only sells multi switches pre mounted in aluminum brackets. The only bracket they offer for their unmounted individual switches are plastic. So I gave this a try.Nilight states their switches require a 21.3x37mm opening. Even though this plate has a 37.6 opening it took some effort to snap in the Nilight switch. .6 mm is not much, but I can not imagine trying to fit the Nilight in a smaller opening! Great looking panel but was machined a little too tight for switches. I had to file the openings longer but now it’s perfect.

I went to remove one of the supplied wiring connectors. The connector fit so well on the switch terminal that the terminal pulled right out of the back of the switch......It did seem to work after being pushed back in.....for nowGood terminals......not so great switch though
