Good product after initiall release issues
Product initially was good but after 5 days the screen started playing up. Had light bleed on it and then came loose from the casing. Seems that the early models had this issue. The screen panel became detached from the LCD backlight and casing. Contacted seller who agreed to provide a replacement screen if i could fit it myself as i didn't want to return the item due to low stock and maybe not getting another one. Got the new screen free of charge after another week or so. Bit tricky to fit it but followed a YouTube guide and all working now. Latest models don't have the screen issues apparently. Overall the seller handled this issue well and obviously isn't their fault as it's a manufacturing issue. Resolved promptly and good communication.

Good Quality and Amazing Service
The product is really nice. A little smaller than I think which is great. The service is amazing. I accidentally deleted some of the games file then I contact the team, they send me a new micro sd with no extra charges. Would buy here again for sure!!!

Erased save data.
Had mine two weeks before it started erasing my save data for some reason. Losing hours of progress. Never again. I'd rather go back to my phone.
