Great product made for a great meal in the smoker

The variety is really nice (Apple, Cherry, Pecan, and Hickory) as you have choices based on the kind of meat you are smoking.The wood is well aged, and the chunks are a perfect size as you can add as much as you need for the cook.I'm using these on a 22" Weber with the Slow and Sear, and the results are fantastic. Definitely recommend these to anyone, and will re-purchase when I run out!

Love the ability to get mulberry. Have always tried to get more unique wood to smoke with so far this is my favorite. A great smell and taste.

The chunks are a good size and uniform.

Very consistent size, very clean wood. No bark or mold. Package was stuffed to the max with uniform wood chunks. I think this product is of great quality, albeit on the expensive side. I do wish the chunks were a bit bigger but are still a very useful 2” cube size. Very tasty flavor profile, screams traditional bbq. Was excellent to use with beef ribs. All around good smoke flavor, can’t wait to try on a pork butt.

Great chunks! Lots of smoke. Good value for the money. The hickory was mixed with cherry for ribs. Excellent smoke. After two hours I added another chunk, but I was smoking at a higher grill temp of 250°F. The shipping is fast, there is nothing added to this wood or taken away. Just great value. A gallon ziploc bag that is as full as possible. Don’t hesitate to order!

I have to admit, I was skeptical because I was concerned about the size of the chunks. But the chunk sizes are nice and they burn great. Highly recommend for anyone considering.

They gave off a regular to slightly less smoke then other chunks I’ve used. The aroma was nice. Meat tasted fine. In the future would probably stick to a pecan, cherry, or apple. Thought this might give me an edge but I really couldn’t tell any difference
