As odd as this may seems it adds a spot of colour & funk to having to strap recovering injuries. Welcome change from the beige, white and Black.Quality wise, easy to apply, sticks well and one of the easier ones to take off. also if you are active most days of the week and require tp strap up almost daily, it doesn't leave a rash on your skin with repeated use (if you have senstive skin like I have). Some of the cheaper Kino tapes do.Warning: It may lead to new nicknames ;)

At least 3rd time of purchasing. Worth buying compared to cheaper versions.

My chiropractor recommended this tape so I thoughtI would try it seems to be working really well.

I bought this on someone’s recommendation but with very little faith in its claims. I was wrong. This stuff does exactly what it says it will and supports and relieves muscle strain and weakness.

Theres loads of positive reviews on this tape, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The problem was that it would just begin to peel off as soon as I started any kind of mildly strenuous activity. When its on, it works well, its just that it doesn't stay on. Tried showering before use and trimming the hair on my leg to ensure good adhesion. But it didn't stay on. The product quotes 3 to 5 days usage. I applied pre tape glue and use the product. With that it stays but corners of tape still lifts even when the way are trimmed / rounded. Tape is thick enough and stretches well. Definitely require pre tape glue to adhere better.

Wasn’t sure whether this would work as it’s the first time I’ve used KT tape. However, easy instructions and used in a bad tricep tear. It works! Really did help. Stayed in place for 5 days. Easy to take off with no residue. Dry imoressed!

Crazy product, don't know how it works, but it does. You get quite a lot on the roll, I bought it because of an achillies injury, it made it possible to continue with some if my training, not running but I could walk and stretch with it on. Great choice of patterns too!
