Have used this in the past for Mahi Mahi. I just roll fish in it, no added oil, and pop it in the oven (or air fryer) on a rack. Makes amazing crust. Try it with mango salsa and you'll be in heaven.

CharCrust SW Chipotle seasoning is the best for getting a crisp sear and a blackened finish without it being too salty! Pairs very well on Salmon and Chicken!

This stuff is great though a little pricey
I can't really cook so something like this which spices up chicken real well. It seems a little expensive to me, but it's worth it.

Best pork rub
Great great stuff on pork loin BBQd! I add a couple spashes of coconut amino or soy sauce and finish coat with a few drops of sesame oil or olive oil some hickory smoked salt is a good add on too
