I bought many types of cables by Satechi. I love the quality, the design, the material, and its usefulness. The shipping cost and time to Indonesia is always a big challenge for me but it’s worth.

This USB-C to HDMI 8K cable is a premium high-quality cable that outputs excellent video display.The cable is braided, somewhat stiff and durable, still reasonably flexible, and measures about 6.5 feet long. Both ends are reinforced well with attractive ends including the ‘Satechi’ name stamped on. The end enclosures are made of an aluminum alloy material.I added an external display to my Dell Latitude and simply plugged this cable into one of the Thunderbolt ports. Immediately, the external display was recognized, and the display was live in extended mode. I included a picture showing the laptop display and my additional monitor in extended mode.You do need a USB-C port that has DP or alternate display capability or a Thunderbolt port to use this cable. It will not display video if you just plug it into a USB-C port that doesn’t support video output.I can’t comment on the 8K resolution as I don’t have any equipment to outputs 8K. The video quality is excellent for what I’m using it for but its nice to have this cable for any future upgrades.No negative comments about this cable. It is a premium high-quality HDMI cable that works excellent.

Sprawdzi się, jeżeli jest na widoku, a użytkownik ceni sobie estetykę miejsca pracy. Kabel jest w materiałowym oplocie i jest dość gruby, jednak moim zdaniem jest nawet bardziej elastyczny niż większość zwykłych kabli HDMI o podobnej grubości. W zestawie znajduje się pasek rzep, który umożliwia łatwą regulację długości. Dodatkową zaletą jest to, że posiada certyfikat.

8K60Hz対応のHDMI2.1ケーブルですケーブルはやや太めのタイプで狭い場所は苦手だと思いますがその分剛性が高そうなので断線には強いとかんじましたコネクター部もしっかりとした作りで8Kのマークが入っているので古い規格のHDMIケーブルとの見分けが簡単に出来るのが大変ありがたいポイントです包装もしっかりした紙箱に入っていて安心感が有り、最新のHDMI2.1規格なので長く使えそうです

This review evaluates the “6.5 ft/2M 8K USB-C to HDMI 2.1 Ultra-High-Speed Cable” made by SATECHI.The product was shipped without wasteful packaging. What’s in the box: one (1) .5 ft/2M 8K USB-C to HDMI 2.1 ultra-high-speed cable. I tested the cable with my 4K streaming Apple TV box, My ASUS ROG G14 laptop and my 65” 4K Samsung LED TV. All testing devices are running the most current firmware.Overall, the build quality of the cables appears very good. The cable is 6.5ft long and has a nice durable, flexible, braided nylon sheathing. The area around the connectors has an extra flexible stress-reducing rubber reinforcement which is typical with many other brands. The connector contacts are gold-plated for better contact and data transmission. Note: this cable did not have any documentation attesting to 8K HDMI 2.1 certification by the governing body of HDMI.org.I plugged in the devices mentioned above and the cable performed as expected. I tested it streaming my APPLE 4K TV box to the Thunderbolt 4 port of my ASUS ROG G14 laptop and tested it streaming my ASUS laptop to my SAMSUNG 4K TV. My APPLE 4K box recognized the cable as eARC capable. My streaming video picture was fluid and crisp without ghosting, pixilation, or interference. I am evaluating this product as part of the Amazon Vine program so I am limited to a 30-day window to submit a review. Only time will tell if they have similar longevity and effective service life as other competitive products on the market. Therefore, I am going to monitor this product over the next 8-12 months of use and revise my review should problems arise.Cost-effectiveness and value: At a current price of $69.99, I feel that it is competitively priced and is of good value for a true 8K HDMI 2.1 cable compared to those of other companies.In summary: the “6.5 ft/2M 8K USB-C to HDMI 2.1 Ultra-High-Speed Cable” made by SATECHI appears to be decently made and functions as advertised.
