Can I rinse this off instead of using a cotton pad to remove?

You can. I rinse off my eyes because it is gentler and seems to remove mascara a bit better. However, using water will make your skin feel a bit drier. I use the toner on most of my face. It is extremely gentle. My skin has never felt better.

What color is the actual product?

The actual product is white. The container is clear, so when you look at the image of the product, you are seeing the actual product in a clear pump bottle. We do have it in stock! Thank you!

I have really sensitive, I breakout to almost every cleanser. I have acne prone/ dry skin i’m oily on my tzone. Will this break me out?

In my opinion it shouldn't. I suffer with rosacea, dry and oily skin, mild breakouts, sensitive skin. I didn't break out much at all with this. I would def recommend giving it a try. Also look into The Ordinary Line & Cetaphil
