Great value and quality product for avid train fans who want their trains to 'carry sticks'. A high recommend for extending ones train collection and suited to wooden tracks. We don't yet have a crane so I'm not sure how well it works with that, but I imagine it'd be fun. The only downside is that sometimes I mistake these logs for breadsticks that look so yummy! ;)

Great truck for train set. My grandson loves that the logs can be loaded & unloaded onto the truck.

My almost 4 year old loves this carriage and is a part of most of his adventures! The only downside I would say is that the magnets on the timbers are curved with the wood and the magnetic strength is quite weak - therefore when he uses any of his 3 different (Brio branded) cranes the timber always falls off. This annoys him somewhat. All other Brio magnets seem nice and strong so not sure why these arent. Either way, I'd still buy it for him again, he loves it!

Well engineered. Runs smoothly with other trucks.

This is the first Brio toy I have bought which I have not been completely satisfied with. I bought it together with the Clever Crane Wagon but the crane is unable to lift the logs. There seems to be insufficient magnetism or the shape of the logs makes them unwieldy. My three-year-old grandson is not at all bothered however and that is the main thing since it was his birthday present.
