I really love this. The mug is so graceful and pretty, and the mug and warmer look so nice on my desk. I like to sip my coffee, and it stays warm enough to do that. The coffee's not hot until you get to the bottom of the mug, but warm is fine for me.

I wish it had a shut off say after 2 hours. It could be on all day if you leave something on it. Mind you it does keep my coffee perfect temp, but you have to keep the top on. Bottom line if you can’t remember to unplug it when your done, I wouldn’t buy it. I have mine at work and I set an alarm on my phone to unplug it.

arrived and hooked it up. It works well and is an attractive mug the heater keeps the drink hot metal bottom on the mug I guess makes it easier for the heat transfer. Planning on keeping it at my office desk

Shamefully, I believed the numerous positive reviews for this product. The quantity seems overwhelmingly positive and that should been a red flag. This barely keeps my coffee above room temperature. The warming plate and the metal disc on the bottom of the mug get very hot, so it is likely working as designed, but the heat doesn’t transfer to the interior of the mug. Disappointing. Will return.... not as advertised. Also, the “lidL isn’t a lid,.. it’s a ceramic disc that just loosely sits atop the mug. For what?

These were gifts and looked great

This might be the best thing I have bought, ever. Ceramic cups NEVER hold heat and I refuse to use my stainless travel mugs at home. This kept my coffee steaming hot for 3+ hours till I was able to get back to it. MOMS: NO MORE forgetting your coffee in the microwave. I wish I had ordered this before xmas. If I did...shopping would have been a breeze...everyone on my list would have gotten one.

I got this device the 3rd day after I placed order. It's quick! The heating base and the mug look so fashionable! The good match made me think of Apple electronic products. The crystal white heating surface, white ceramic mug match perfectly! Besides the impressive appearance, I also appreciate the microgravity automatic turn on/turn off design. I kept the heating base plugged, it didn't work until I put the coffee mug on it, when it began heating the signal light was on blue. When the coffee was warm enough, I removed the mug from the heating base, the signal light was off, the device was shut down. It's super convenient!the beautifully designed coffee warmer, I can have warm coffee at hand all the time. It's a good buy! I definitely will recommend it to my friends!By Julia
