Does this have all the necessary software to use this?

There is a program that comes with it but it only provides readings via the HART from the transmitter. Can't write upper and lower range values or any other parameter. For that you need a program. I use the Engineering Assistant program from Rosemount and there are a few other configuration programs out there that will do just as good.
