BREAK FREECLP Cleaner Lubricant and Preservative Gun Cleaner, CLP-12, Aerosol Can, Synthetic Oil, 12 Ounces

I bought a different product for my gun but was not happy with how it worked, so I picked up the CLP because it has a great reputation. It cleans my guns well. It is easy to use with that point and spray tube, although it does drip. Overall, a good cleaner/lubricant that has a great rep and does what it says it will do.

Works well as an all around lubricant and cleaner, good value for the volume. The only criticism is with using the tube attachment that comes with the sprayer. It kind of just drips out, but that’s expected given the length from the point of ejection. Just something to be mindful of if using the tube attachment

Great cleaner. It's what I use and have for years. Supposedly does NOT contain ammonia which causes damage over the long run. I add a little oil to high friction areas still, but this stuff is great for overall cleaning and maintenance.

This is my go to for light cleanups and ongoing maintenance for all my guns. Nice light lube and protectant in one to keep oxidation at bay. Simple recommendation.

This is a specialised gun lubricant, but it is so versatile. I first was introduced to Break Free when I worked in the Fitness equipment industry. Most of the manufacturers of strength equipment, use this to lubricate the moving parts of the machines they make, before being packaged up and leaving the factory. It is superior to silicone based lubricants like WD-40 because it is negatively charged and repels dust particles…which keeps the item cleaner.The things I like:1) It has very low oder.2) It is very light, which allows it to spread on its own.3) This stuff doesn’t freeze…at all. It’s great for those who live in northern states, who have to endure frozen door locks or noisy car door hinges in the winter.4) Just a quick spray is all you need. A little goes a long way.5) It was originally developed for the Navy, so it is very water resistant and protects metal surfaces from rust.Trust me when I tell you this is the very best lubricant money can buy. It is great around the house and btw it is AWESOME for firearms.

Works well on garage doors and sliding glass doors.

Clean and lubes my hand guns and AR like nothing else.
