I use this on my gas grill to melt the cheese on hamburgers. Very well made.

I love this Burger cover for melting cheese, etc. I feel like a short order cook in my own kitchen and the dome is effective in trapping heat to melt cheese faster.

I use a Blackstone Griddle next to my grill outside. There are times that a cover is an extreme help when cooking outdoors and also went cooking indoors. I purchased the 9 inch because I have 17" blackstone griddle. 12" was going to be too big and take too much of the griddle space. If I had a larger griddle I would have ordered a 12".It is nice when the outside weather is 40 or below - I am still able to cook potatoes, vegetables, and reverse sear steaks. perfect for quickly melting cheese on your burgers without messing up the grill. The cover appropriately retains the heat necessary for expanded use of the outside griddle. Especially nice when cooking sausage or bacon so not to splatter the grease and keep that grease smell outside the indoor kitchen. The cover is a must when cooking hash browns on the griddle as well, it speeds up the overall cooking process no matter the outside temperature (I use it when cooking hash browns indoors as well).

This lid really works.. I use it for melting cheese but it also steams veggies. It is easy to clean and versatile. Don't limit its use to just bbq.. 😄

I've tried many different products over the years and the main problem is always the handles coming loose, melting, or cracking and falling off completely. All have had a plastic or synthetic handle held on by screws. This os the first I've found with metal handles that are riveted on. I'm hoping I can stop searching.

This product is "ok" - lighter than I expected. Handles appear like they should last. Your paying extra to see "Jim Beam" on it.One disappointment - though it seems minor - the product was in a sealed box but it was filthy, dusty and covered in heavy gritty dirt on the inside of the dome. Yeah, it was going to be washed anyway, but left me wondering about quality when it appears to have been left out in the windy desert dust storm.
